Scott has spent his career building business development and growth functions within Winnipeg's commercial construction industry, most recently helping grow a Winnipeg construction firm from a small team into a 35-person operation. He leads client relationships, business development, and project strategy at XCO.

Clint Hiebert

Co-Founder

Clint brings more than three decades in construction, with the last twenty years spent across architecture and design, property development, budgeting, build coordination, and consulting. That breadth lets him move fluidly between the drawing board and the job site, translating design intent into buildable, on-budget reality. At XCO he leads design coordination, budgeting, and value engineering.
